Resolving concerns

We're committed to providing you with excellent service. If you feel we aren't meeting that commitment, please follow this process to resolve your concerns.

  1. First, please talk with the individual involved. Each person should do all he or she can to resolve your concern. However, if that doesn't resolve your issue...
  2. Please talk with that individual's supervisor. After that conversation, if you still have concerns...
  3. Talk with the director of the department about your concern and how we can best resolve it. If we still haven't taken care of your concern...
  4. Please call hospital administration at 559-585-5110. Our staff will do what they can to resolve the issue. If you have unresolved concerns...
  5. If your concerns cannot be resolved through the organization, you can contact either the State of California Department of Health Services or The Joint Commission with your issue.
