Residency Programs

Residency training is a busy, exciting time for resident doctors and the veteran physicians who instruct and mentor them. Adventist Health in the Central Valley is pleased to offer two residency programs, one in Hanford and one in Selma, where new physicians get hands-on training in rural family medicine.

These programs not only help the new physicians, but they also benefit the community by raising awareness and expertise among other local physicians and by increasing recruitment opportunities for the highly trained physicians once they complete their residencies.
